**PLEASE NOTE** This is extremely important: ensure you get prior authorization to return any goods. When authorizing, we will advise you of the best method of shipping, to avoid excessive fees and charges which would be borne by you. USUALLY we will send you a pre-paid return label and arrange for courier pickup.

    » If possible, we would prefer that any exchanged/returned merchandise be returned in its original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, all accessories and free gifts. Having said that, we also understand things will get used over the 30 day trial period and you will not be charged a restocking fee is something comes back "gently" used.

    » In most cases We DO cover your return shipping costs. Usually we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for our preferred courier. Depending on your location the courier may pickup or you will be instructed to drop off at nearest drop point. NOTE: If you live in a remote area we may not be able to offer free return shipping. Please contact us before returning any items.
    » Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products. Please allow us 14 business days after we have received your return to process your refund. You will be notified when your refund has been processed. Your credit card company may take a few more days to post the refund to your card.

Step 2. Please wait for us to reply to you with further instructions and a RMA number.

**IMPORTANT Note: we do not accept returns unless pre-authorized. This is for your protection. If we are not expecting your return it may not be processed.

To inquire about a specific return transaction already submitted to us please email again, and give details of transaction. Include tracking number and other details if applicable.

Please do not ship packages by any means other than how we indicate when we authorize a return. This is to avoid incurring additional fees and charges which would be borne by you.

Step 3. Returns and Exchanges must be assigned a Return Authorization Number within 30 days after delivery to you. Please note that, on an exchange item, the 30-day period is from delivery of the initial purchase, and not from delivery of the exchange item.

Step 4. If our courier is unavailable in your area, we may direct you to return the item to us pre-paid. Use NO other carriers than instructed. Use of the wrong carrier or wrong address could result in loss. This return shipping cost will be refunded to you separately.

Be sure to return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Step 5. Please do NOT return items to our Nova Scotia Office. Our Nova Scotia Office is dedicated to online technical and local matters only and will NOT receive returned products or merchandise.
